My most memorable experience as a Scholar
The Fall Retreat was my first time meeting all of the other Scholars. Although it seemed overwhelming at first, it was nice to meet so many great people in one setting and to begin working on life-long relationships.
I would like to
become a physician that treats patients with natural herbs and remedies.
Current research
My current research focuses on millennial-aged students in the vegetable garden. I would like to gain insight into whether people use vegetable gardens to help benefit their families. My research demonstrates that there is indeed a correlation between gardening, eating healthy, and exercising. This research is being carried out under the guidance of Dr. Elizabeth Tofte.
